Do you have great leadership skills? Worked in a production environment before? We have a great opportunity that has arisen at our Gadbrook site for a Front Line Manager in Production to report directly into our Operations Manager.

What you will be involved with...

> Managing and leading a team of up to 100 colleagues on shift at any time
> Coaching colleagues to get the best out of them and to improve performance
> Driving opportunities and a culture of continuous improvement
> Meeting KPI targets
> Delivering results for the growing business
> Leading a team of colleagues to achieve excellent standards in safety, quality, productivity and performance
> Working a day shift and an average of 1 weekend in 3
