Contracts Manager - North Wales
A long established successful private limited company of Building Contractors is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic person to join the Management Team as a Contracts Manager.
The company works primarily in the Public Sector throughout North Wales and Cheshire and a Contracts Manager is required to manage a range of projects with a value from £100 to £500K, from tender stage through to final account.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong skills in taking charge of building contracts from inception to completion including estimating, procurement of materials, engaging sub-contractors and managing a skilled direct labour force.
