Quality Engineer

Profile: full-time permanent role for a successful international aerospace company

Location - Gloucestershire

Salary £30000 - £35000 per annum plus benefits

Experience: Experience within a manufacturing facility from a quality background, with experience performing internal/external audits, with a good understanding of Heat Treatment, NDT processes.

The Quality Engineer will support the Special Process Manager to organise, monitor and improve daily production performance in terms of quality cost and delivery.
Experience of NADCAP is important, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The successful Quality Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
*Formulate and conduct pre-audits for Heat Treatment, NDT and Chemical Processing
*Coordinate and support actions required to achieve NADCAP approval
*Help improve the document control , including technical documentation, specification review, FAIR preparation of lab documentation
*Organise internal/external NADCAP training
