Scale: UPS/MPS + TLR 2b (£4316) + SEN Point 1/or 2 depending on experience (£2001 - £3954)
Responsible to: Head Teacher
Job Purpose
- Responsible & accountable for the standards of achievement of all KS3 students, ensuring that high expectations are met with high standards of achievement
- Contribute to school improvement, policy, leadership and overall planning and development for maximum student success
- To lead and manage KS3 team and KS3 provision
