Full Time Post: 36.25 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract to 08/11/2016 (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working individual with a professional attitude to join the University’s Quality, Assurance and Enhancement department.

You will provide professional support for the development of the University’s quality assurance processes.  This includes activities such as annual academic monitoring, external examiner arrangements, student surveys, course validation and review, and collaborative provision.  You will also be expected to clerk academic committees and working groups of the University.

This is a busy and high profile role within the University and therefore you will need excellent communication skills and to be able to work well under pressure and use your initiative.   You will also be an organised individual with the ability to pay close attention to detail.

Experience of working in an HE environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of academic quality and standards.
