Salary: £33,660 - £36,558 plus £1243 Special School Allowance
Full-time post working 36 hours a week (between the hours of 8am – 10pm)

We are seeking someone who will be operational and oversee the running of our site and provide essential support in all aspects of Site Health and Safety. The successful applicant will play a major part in ensuring that our environment is a safe and welcoming place for the school community as well as facilitate and promote lettings within the school. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to play a significant role in the strategic aspects of the school and in the promotion of our building To start in July 2015 to support the handover and training in the management of the building.

The successful candidate should have:-

• NVQ Level 4 Buildings and Maintenance or equivalent
• Health and Safety qualification
• Knowledge of Building regulations and procedures
• Experience with managing a team /staff
• Experience of managing lettings
• Experience of managing a budget and auditing of resources
• Experience of working in an educational environment
• The ability to have a hands-on/problem solving approach
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be a good communicator.
• Computer knowledge of Building Improvement & Automotive Systems
