In this role you will ensure delivery of high quality teaching and effective learning within the Health Care and Education Pathways department. You will demonstrate extensive knowledge of your subject area together with the drive and passion to motivate students to achieve. The experience and confidence to plan, prepare and deliver effective teaching programmes, including the use of Information Learning Technology (ILT).

Enthusiastic, methodical and flexible in your approach, you will share your skills and knowledge with learners and utilise your previous experience of teaching to motivate students to achieve, ideally whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention. A natural communicator and proven motivator, you'll thrive on student interaction - giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.

All salaries quoted are based on Full Time equivalent hours. For part time and term time positions, the actual salary paid will be pro-rata based on the actual contractual hours and working weeks per year.
