What is the job all about?
- You will be responsible for delivering courteous assistance by registering, processing, & greeting guests promptly, as well as dealing with queries & requests.
- You will be responsible for responding to guests requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
Arranging fulfilment of customer services by supplying telephone, reservations and concierge services. - Preparing the night audit reports as requested.
- Allocating rooms and issuing appropriate keys.
- Handling incoming guest room reservations.
