Counterbalance Drivers

Staffline are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Drivers to operate forklift trucks at our client's prestigious site in Castle Bromwich.

Previous experience working within a fast paced environment is an advantage. Successful candidates will need to be

Applicants must hold a UK Forklift Truck licence issued or refreshed within the last 3 years, accredited by either RTITB or ITSSAR. All applicants will be subject to pre-employment training, competency testing and a fork lift truck assessment.

This is a temporary position initially, with the view to making them permanent positions for the right candidates. 

Flexibility with shift patterns is required due to business expansion. We have various shift patterns available, adding up to 37 hours a week depending on shift. 

• Fixed day shift: Mon-Thu 07.00-15.30 & Fri 07.00-12.00 (£9.28 per hour)
• Fixed early shift: Mon-Thu 05.45-13.30 & Fri 06.00-12.00 (£9.93 per hour)
• Fixed afternoon shift: Mon-Thu 13.15-19.00 & Fri 12.00-18.00 (£10.76 per hour)
• Fixed night shift: Mon-Thu 20.45-06.00 (£12.37 per hour)
• Rotating shifts: Mon-Fri rotating days and back shift (£10.39 per hour)

Own transport is required to get to the site.
