Hours of work: Between 8am-8pm

We are recruiting for a leading travel insurance company looking for people to join their busy customer service team.

Dealing with incoming calls and e mails you should have a clear and confident speaking voice, be able to work under pressure, have precise and accurate computer skills and have a positive attitude.

If you have experience in a call centre or sales environment that would be great but not essential as we do offer full training for our system and products.

In return we offer a competitive salary, with OTE starting at £17,000, rising to £19,000 in the first year.

We have a happy working environment and a convenient location close to Crawley town centre.

Full time staff work 37.5 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 and can be rota'd to work at any time between 8 - 8 Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30 Saturday and 10 - 4 Sunday. Overtime is often available.

These positions will be for training courses starting in November.
