Matt Burton Associates (MBA) are currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcer to be based in our Macclesfield offices. Established in 2007 MBA has become one of the fastest growing RPO’s in the UK. MBA work in partnership with our clients, essentially as an extension of their HR department. As a Resourcer within MBA you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in filling vacancies across key clients. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Working to deliver effective recruitment solutions alongside existing recruitment team.
  • Telephone and interview screening of candidates.
  • Maintaining regular contact with active candidates.
  • Placement of candidates in defined vacancies in line with client specification.
  • Accuracy of data input on computing systems.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and have a logical and methodical approach to work.
  • Being proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques inc. intranet portals, job boards, social media and other sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • A highly confident self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills; influencing and listening.
  • Goal orientated approach to work.
  • Must be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and is extremely resilient.

HOURS:

Core hours Mon – Fri 9am-5pm.
