Salary range £28,149 - £34,712 per annum

Permanent - 36 hours per week

Duties & Responsibilities:

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for the role of Leasehold Officer on behalf of their client a leading social housing provider based in Sutton, Surrey.

As Leasehold Officer, your main duty will be to provide an efficient and effective service to leaseholders, internal customers representative bodies and other stakeholders on all matters relating to service charge liabilities arising from property services activities. You will take the lead on administration of the terms of the Council’s leases, undertake statutory consultation for major works projects and represent the Council and SHP at tribunal as required.

Candidate Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role you must be able to work independently as well as having a high level numeracy showing experience in monitoring and forecasting budgets.  You must have a sound knowledge of all legislation relating to leasehold matters, good all round communication and IT skills with the ability to form successful working relationships.
