Terminal Administrator - Hams Hall
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Terminal Administrator, to work within ABP’s Railfreight Terminal at Hams Hall.
The successful candidate must have: previous experience of working within an office environment, good IT skills including Word & Excel, some knowledge of financial administration and professional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally. You should also have the ability to work on own initiative and use your judgement to resolve problems independently, as well as be able to work flexibly when adapting to changing environments. The successful candidate should also be educated to GCSE level or City & Guilds standard. Experience of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and adhering to audit and compliance standards, would be beneficial.
The main purpose of this role is to manage effective internal administrative systems at Hams Hall Railfreight Terminal. Duties will include: assisting with weekly sales figures, invoices and invoice queries, maintaining the purchase order system, administration of the time & attendance system and assisting with the daily administration of the QMS, ensuring intenal audits are completed.
