A behaviour support assistant is needed for a welcoming and vibrant school situated in Salford. You will work in collaboration with teachers and school support staff to improve behavioural, social and emotional outcomes for an individual pupil.

The school require a teaching assistant who has:

  • Knowledge and understanding of a whole setting holistic approach to behaviour management, including the importance of self awareness and self-control whilst managing challenging behaviour.
  • Experience helping to support and implement strategies for children to develop speech and language.
  • Experience working 1:1 with children.
  • Previous training and experience with individuals on the Autistic Spectrum.
