UK Direct Sales Manager Wanted
Retainer £50k per annum, OTE £120k
Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Selling Stairlifts, Relaxachairs and Mini Homelifts to consumers in the home throughout the UK from leads generated by Press and Website advertising.
- To manage, train and recruit a Direct Sales Team and a small Telesales office.
- To manage the sales department of the Company and ensure targets and KPI’s are achieved.
- Candidates must have Direct Sales Management experience, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, strong closing skills, recruiting and training. You must be able to motivate a team.
