We are looking for a Care Branch Manager to join our management team working at our newly opened luxury Retirement Village of Chalfont Dene.

As a Care Branch Manager you will manage local relationships to enhance our brand, finding new ways to network, market and grow the business.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Managing the recruitment and development of the team
  • Effectively managing budgets and costs
  • Developing plans to add value to our service
  • Ensuring all compliance requirements from staffing, through to care plans and care delivery are adhered to

Candidates will have a friendly, flexible attitude and be self motivated with a commitment to lead by example.

Previous experience within a similar environment is essential along with a working knowledge of IT systems. You must also either hold, or be working towards, a Health & Social Care Diploma Level 5 or equivalent.
