Key Workers: Adults’ Services

• Full time - 35 hours/week
• £19,000-24,000 per annum (dependent on specialisms)

Salford Foundation is a social inclusion charity and is seeking initial interest (through submission of a CV) in a number of posts working with adults with additional challenges. There will be a focus on a range of issues including employment, offender rehabilitation, debt management, fuel poverty and targeted family support. You will work closely with individuals and groups to assist their progression by helping to create a structured plan, build resilience, provide advocacy, knowledge and understanding that will enable service users to achieve their personal goals.

Good communication skills at all levels, effective time management and experience of working with individuals and families who face additional challenges will be essential. The use of a car is also essential. The posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
