Here at Advanced Supply Chain we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader/Supervisor - Processing to join our team at the Bradford site. The successful Team Leader/Supervisor will receive a salary of £16,000 - £20,000 per annum.

Reporting in to the Operations Manager, key responsibilities of the Team Leader/Supervisor include:
- To effectively plan and manage processing as directed by Operations Manager
- To manage the staff effectively within the dept with particular emphasis on performance to target.
- To effectively plan/manage workload of team and ensure that work is delegated to team efficiently.
- Report effectively on performance to WIP to Operations Manager as directed.
- Liaise with box despatch to co-ordinate jobs to ensure maximum output and trailer usage.
- Liaise effectively with planning and HR function to maximise throughput and zone capacity.
- Ensure that all job issues are corrected in a timely fashion prior to moving to box despatch.
- Plan department staff effectively and manage banked hours in accordance with WIP.
- Manage and support Team Leaders with WIP delivery against target.
- Ensure processes are adhered to minimising count issues and promoting accuracy within the department.
- Manage the set up process and its accuracy to maximise productivity and throughput to box despatch.
- Manage staff performance effectively with support from HR.
- Identify where the job is different to the job sheet or a job is particularly unproductive to targets and highlight to Operations Manager to maximise costing opportunities.
- Ensure the correct materials/trims are allocated to staff prior to job commencement.
- To ensure all jobs are signed off as completed accurately and in full in accordance with the job sheet.

- NVQ Team Leader qualification or agreement to achieve qualification
- A good understanding of excel and Microsoft office.

- Excellent analytical, organisational and motivational skills.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
