Finance / FP&A Manager EMEA - London (occasional remote working)

£70 to £85k + bonus + benefits

A global software development company is looking for an agile Finance / FP&A Manager EMEA with the experience to interface/influence senior levels of the EMEA org team and who will be critical in providing consistent financial visibility and thought leadership for the EMEA business.
Fair amount of remote working.

This is a new role for the company and will report to the Vice President of FP&A, based in San Mateo, California.
This key role will be responsible for embedding accurate financial and management reporting processes and accurate forecasting processes in the business while in tandem, lifting the awareness of the associated value.
Experience in building and transitioning financial reporting processes and tools from legacy structures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this role will be to partner with the organization to build out consistent and actionable management reporting tools and processes that provide visibility to key operational and financial performance metrics.
This will require the ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders and the critical thinking required to evaluate and effectively communicate performance results and trends.
With these critical objectives in place, the role will include responsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
This role will bring agility to the function that helps elevate the organization and prepare the company for continued growth.
Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Presentation Materials and Systems support.

Experience & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 or more years of progressive experience in financial roles within high-growth businesses. Financial/business consulting experience a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures, departments and to senior leadership. Must be a self-starter with the agility to work across a global team.
Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting/forecasting, profitability analysis and cost control principles.
Thorough knowledge of advanced financial analysis processes, tools and systems.
Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze data and prepare financial analysis for effective decision making.
Education: BA or BS degree in Finance or economics.
