Credit Control Manager
Location: London
Salary: £40-45k, DoE

The Role:
Directly manage the central credit services team and remotely manage the branch credit controllers
Manage Credit control function to maximise cash collections and reduce the Days Billing Outstanding (DBO)
Improve credit control procedures throughout the organisation. Document and distribute the credit control policy
Identify and implement methods of enhancing our credit control reputation
Assist branch managers in dealing with slow payers and develop the role of key negotiator
Assist with the recruitment and training of credit controllers
Monitor and control national and other key accounts invoicing and control
Review and monitor customer credit terms
Coordinate credit controllers at the branches
Develop and document our credit control policies and procedures
Develop and enhance current internal reporting
Design, implement and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
Knowledge and Skills / Aptitudes:
Team Management
Team Player
Credit Control Management experience
Proven experience developing and managing operational processes in financial services, or similar environment
Ideally a good understanding of consumer credit and regulatory compliance inc. DPA, FCA, TCF
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational skills
Leads by example and results driven
Data collection and analytical skills
Resilience to complex situations
Experience of the above within a commercial environment
