Deputy Shop Manager
35 hours per week, based in Byres Road, Glasgow.
Salary £11,904 to £12,185 pa
To fund its charitable activities, Age Scotland needs a constant flow of independent income. It seeks to achieve this through a balance of traditional fundraising, trading through its social enterprise arm and retail activities.
The retail operation consists of fourteen shops run by Age Scotland Trading, which provide vital income that enables the charity to meet the needs of older people across Scotland.
Age Scotland Trading is looking for a Deputy Shop Manager to join our busy retail team. You will provide a high quality retail service ensuring efficient and effective management of staff. You will also have the ability to deliver high quality retail service in relation to customer, financial and performance targets.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to multitask.
