Smart Solutions Recruitment currently have an opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and forward - thinking individual for a Charity Call Centre in the heart of the Cardiff City Centre. This is a full time temporary to permanent role to work with the potential to earn through a targeted commission structure and a potential permanent role after a 10 week period. This role offers standard office hours as well as working within a great working environment. The client also offers some flexibility around the full time hours offered. The Charity will be working on behalf of UK and overseas charities.
The Role and Responsibilities
The job role will include calling businesses and to generate interest in working in conjuction with them.
Provide strong sales leads on a daily basis.
Raise awareness to new businesses to empower them to become a regular supporter of the charity.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Taking Payments.
Updating databases.
Experience and skills required
This position is highly rewarding and fun and requires candidates with :
Sales or Fundraising experience
Confident Approach
Excellent Communication Skills
A passion for charity
Excellent Team Building Skills
Objection Handling Experience
An ability to confidently ask for a donation to support
