Smart Solutions Recruitment currently have an opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and forward-thinking individual for a Charity Call Centre in the heart of the Cardiff City Centre. This is a full time temporary to permanent role to work with the potential to earn through a targeted commission structure and a potential permanent role after a 10 week period. This role offers standard office hours and well as working with a fantastic working environment. They also offer some flexible around the full time hours offered. The Charity will be working on behalf of UK and overseas charities.

The Role and Responsibilities:
  • The job role will be to call directly to the public and discuss the charity you are representing.
  • The aim is to encourage & empower them to become regular monthly supporters of the charity, and raise much needed awareness for them.
  • Deliver Great Customer service
  • Deal with customers queries
  • Taking payments
  • Data entry
  • Updating databases


Experience and skills required:
This job is highly rewarding and fun, and requires people with:

• Objection Handling experience
