A Customer Engagement opportunity has arisen within the fastest growing financial services company that is on a mission to change the health of the nation. Our client is looking for Customer Engagement Advocates to work in their customer engagement team, helping people embrace their unique proposition and ensuring that if they have any challenges they sort them out and delight them with our client’s outstanding service.

Salary: £15k rising to £18k after 6 months with up to 50% company bonus scheme plus excellent benefits

As Customer Engagement Advocate you will be the heartbeat of what drives the exceptional service that people receive as they embark on their journey with our client. You will deliver an unrivalled service in implementing the unique proposition to both new and existing customers.

The role
The role as Customer Engagement Advocate will be to inspire as an integral part of a newly formed team, bringing about transformational change to the service customers receive from the financial services market.

Responsibilities include:
• Engagement with customers, clients and consultants
• Team working with other partners within and outside of the company
• Providing expert advice of the product as part of the engagement process
• Promoting life and health insurance products associated benefits and rewards to clients
• Developing an appropriate solution for the client’s needs
• Undertaking regular training and development
