Sales & Lettings Manager

£40,000 OTE

This independent agency with branches in Islington and Crouch End is actively seeking a Sales and Lettings Manager to join their friendly team in their busy, established Islington office.

You will be expected to:

- Oversee and manage your team.
- Recruit, train and motivate your negotiators and admin staff to ensure targets are met.
- Deal with landlord, vendor and tenant enquiries and ensure regulations are adhered to.
- Oversee the internal procedures and systems.
- Build relationships with Landlords and Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register and increase client base.
- Organise and attend valuations for both sales and lettings and provide market insight and expert advice.
- Prepare property advertisements and write descriptions.
- Arrange photographs and floorplans.
- Generally assist in the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have some experience at senior negotiator level, if not management, particularly having carried out valuations, perhaps looking for that next step up the ladder or a fresh challenge. You will be both motivated and enthusiastic about property, enjoy working within a target driven environment, possess good communication and customer service skills, be comfortable with managing people, have excellent organisational and time management skills and have a smart and presentable appearance. Above all you will be expected to be professional at all times.
