£6.59-£7.99 per hour plus additional benefits + enhancements

Winner of the Health Investor Complex Care Provider of the Year Award for 2015 our client is a leading provider of a wide range of specialist residential health care services to adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, personality disorders, complex mental health problems and medical conditions.  Their ethos is built upon a shared belief that the person is central to everything they do.

As part of their on-going development, they are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Support Workers to join their existing, highly skilled specialist team to support the delivery of the rehabilitation programme to the individuals that reside at their HealthLinc House Residential Service in Lincoln.  An exclusive residential service where domestic living has been replicated  in a spacious and homely environment for adults in a 6 bed Apartment and 4 bed Cottage that have been adapted to provide a structured, supportive and caring surrounding for individuals looking to progress to a more independent living setting.

 In this exciting Key Role you will;
• Promote high standards of care
• Contribute to maximising the personal development and independence of the service users
• Motivate and encourage the service users in all aspects of daily living
• Support the service users in the use of local facilities/amenities and leisure activities
• Maintain a stimulating, comfortable and safe living environment
• Make a significant difference to the lives of others

 Salary, Additional Enhancements and Benefits include:
• Starting pay is dependent on experience - £6.59 - £7.13 rising to £7.99 per hour
• Enhanced rates for weekend, night and bank holiday work
• Enhanced rates for relevant NVQ qualifications
