HR Systems Analyst (IT, MI, Reporting) HASA28824

Our client, the parent company for some well-known furniture brands currently has an exciting opportunity at their Dartford office in Kent to join the HR team as a HR Systems Analyst.

As part of the payroll team you will be responsible for the administration of the Group HR & Payroll systems.

Assisting with the implementation and roll out of the Company’s new Time and Attendance system, you must maintain and support the HR & Payroll systems, suggest improvements to reduce manual administrative task and increase performance and also be responsible for all Management Information reporting.

This role would suit someone with previous systems administration and MI reporting experience; previous systems implementation experience is desirable but is not essential.  With knowledge of payroll, tax and NI regulations, you should have experience of working in a customer focused environment and be comfortable with spreadsheets, manual calculations and reconciliations.

An excellent attention to detail and the ability to develop collaborative working relationships quickly are both essential qualities for the role.
