: Job Details Personal Advisor x2 - SO2 Permanent -Full time This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of The Adolescent and Leaving Care Team, as a personal Advisor. We currently have two vacancies in the team we are looking for people who are enthusiastic and are able to motivate and support care leavers in their transition to adulthood. Personal advisors work with the 18 to 24 age group and hold a caseload of up to 25 young people. The work is varied and entails office based work, home visits, attending meetings and appointments with young people both in Enfield and also outside of the borough. The key tasks are to motivate young people to encourage them to engage in employment or education, and helping them to develop the independence skills they will need for the future. This is sometimes challenging but also rewarding work. The offices are situated in Palmers Green N13 with excellent amenities and transport links for both bus and overground. Staff are provided with laptops and other equipment so that they can work flexibly in line with the needs of the service.
