: Job Details Team Manager Occupational Therapist The Care Management Services (CMS) is an integrated service that consists of Social Work practitioners and Occupational Therapists. The service delivers front line services to residents of Enfield who have long-term health conditions and/or physical disabilities. We work in a supportive and friendly environment and offer excellent training opportunities, regular supervision and encourages career development. You will have the opportunity to support a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound Management and Leadership skills and a commitment to supporting staff to provide quality services. You must have a sound knowledge of the safeguarding process and procedures; new and current legislation and government initiatives, also a willingness to look forward and support staff to explore new and creative ways of working.
