This industry leading company produces high quality tools, kits, tool storage units, asset management systems, workshop equipment, mobile workshops, education and safety programmes. They require a professional, dedicated and team-orientated Warehouse Team Leader to work within the Warehouse and Distribution Department to support their extremely busy Sales Divisions, managing a team of between 10-12.
A minimum of 2 years experience managing teams is a must.
Accountabilities:
- Report printing and evaluation of daily department productivity
- Staff training
- Evaluation/Motivation of staff
- Regular team briefs and 'one on one' performance review a
- Daily allocation of staff duties
- Deal with goods in enquiries and checks
- Answer staff/customer queries
- Monitoring stock with regards to quality & condition
- Liaise with other Departments and Managers
- Leadership & organisational skills
- Security and safety.
Knowledge:
- Warehouse Management computer systems
- HR Management
Salary: £22k
Hours of work: 37.5 hours
1pm til 9pm Monday to Thursday., 11am til 7pm on Friday)
