An opportunity has arisen for a National Accounts Coordinator for our Managed Services Division. This role will be based from our Head Office in Newport and will report directly to the Business Support Manager. 

You will be responsible for the coordination of analysis and reporting for our national account customers to ensure all target KPIs are met. This will include updating of report dashboards, H&S safety statistics, AWR and other general reports to meet weekly and monthly reporting timetables. Other duties involve providing invoicing support, regular site communication to support Account Managers, rate card management, timesheet administration and operation of internal IT systems. You will be responsible for the resolution of onsite operational and financial issues which will require travel to national sites.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, drive and the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of the wider team. Excellent communication at all levels, strong knowledge of MS Suite, organisational skills and attention to detail is a requirement for this role.
