I have a very exciting opportunity for a new concept Management role coming soon to Southampton.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £25,000+ per annum plus bonus and a great package. This positon is a full time position

The role does require delivering brilliant customer service, a flair for leading people, ambitious, driven and ensuring business targets are met. You must have experience in working with P&L reports, delivering targets and experience in managing a high profile Pub or Bar/ Restaurant.

Overview of Managment Responsibilities:

- Deliver Exceptional customer service

- Coaching and driving your teams throughout the day giving feedback

- Be visible in all areas

- Assist the General Manager in the operation and brand strategy

- Deliver an exceptional Food and Beverage offering

- Evaluate and improve KPI performance

- Deputising for the General Manager in all operational aspects of the club

- Deliver annual profit targets

- Recruitment of new staff

Deputy Manager Key Skills and Experience:

- Track record in delivering high levels of customer service in the retail, leisure and hospitality industry

- Managed and developed teams in a face to face customer service role

- Experience in selling Alcohol and holding a liquor license

- Previous experience of being a Deputy Manager and having accountability for the operation

- Be able to lead and coach teams

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong record of Business development

- Outgoing, warm and friendly and able to build relationships

- Driven by a need to deliver tangible results
