Qualified Accounts Senior/Partner Designate

Due to ongoing expansion our client, a dynamic and progressive top 50 accountancy firm is actively seeking a Qualified Accounts Senior/Partner Designate to help drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Assuming responsibility for the service delivery for a client portfolio
• Providing training, supervision and feedback to junior staff
• Providing one to one training for clients on their internal book keeping systems
• Maintaining accurate and up to date working paper files and permanent client information
• Presenting information to clients at the annual meeting to fully understand sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts and business tax compliance matters
• Actively managing work in progress and the billing process to build up and maintain effective client relationships
• Seeking opportunities for added value services and business development
• The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with an exceptional academic record. In addition, you will possess a minimum of three years’ recent experience as an Accounts Senior or Client Manager together with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

   

  A knowledge of CCH accounts and some experience of auditing and tax (or a relevant qualification) will also be beneficial in this role.
