Paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependant on experience).

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Trainer / Training and Development Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales Trainer / Training and Development Consultant you will be responsible for delivering people development initiatives with a focus on effective sales training in a direct sales environment.
You will be tasked with developing and delivering engaging training solutions that improve skill and capability across the business. Acting as an ambassador for people development you will encourage, promote and maintain a learning culture.
As a Sales Trainer your responsibilities will also include:
- Coaching and providing expert advice to others
- Assisting in the maintenance of the team delivery plan
- Working with other training professionals from other areas of the business
- Delivering events and workshops to support projects and development programmes
- Promoting the use of the Learning Management System across the business
To be considered for this position, you must have experience in the following:
- Providing sales & finance training
- Designing, developing and delivering organisational development initiatives
- Sales techniques and methodologies
Additionally, as the Sales Trainer / Training and Development Consultant, you must also have excellent organisation and communication skills. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial to your application.
The successful candidate must also be PC literate, smart and presentable. A full driving licence and a willingness to undertake regular regional and some UK travel would be beneficial.
