The Company:
Our client is a well established company with a portfolio of internationally recognised brands 
 
Main duties:
To process payment complaints by customers and to maintain an accurate record of customer disputes. 

The Role:
- To be responsible for the whole cycle of individual dispute cases
- To process payment complaints by customers
- To ensure that individual cases are handle in time
- To daily telephone communication with customers to resolve cases as quickly as possible
- To liaise with dedicated fraud departments to review customer disputes
- To maintain accurate reports with regular updates on the status of customer disputes 
- To analyse the cause of customer disputes

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)  
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous Call Centre or Customer Service/Complaint experience
- Previous experience in financial services
- Have worked with CRM - ideally
- Strong numerical & analytical skills 
- Excellent communication skills
- A keen learner
- Highly organised
- A natural problem solver
- Team player
- Educated from GCSE level     

Salary: up to £19,000 pa + excellent benefits (healthcare, childcare, pension scheme etc.)
