We are working on behalf of Clumber Court Care Home.  This position is based in Retford.

Clumber Court Care Centre is a sixty-four bedroom care accommodation registered to provide personalised care packages for people with dementia.  The centre is located in a pleasant residential area, where residents can enjoy secluded gardens with raised flower beds and summer barbecues.

Countrywide Care Homes Limited was established in July 2011 to provide high-quality and affordable care for the elderly. The family-owned business may be new, but as the sister company of Maria Mallaband Care Group – one of UK’s the most established specialised care providers – it has more than 16 years of experience behind it.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager your duties will be to support the Care Manager in leading the team and manage the Care Home in the absence of the Care Manager.

An ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will hold the following skills and experiences:

  • Need to be enthusiastic, committed and have an outgoing personality.
  • You will have experience working within a similar setting in elderly care.
  • You will need to be flexible and be able to work some evenings, weekends and some nights on a shift rota basis.
  • Experience of working alongside CQC, Contracts and multi-disciplinary teams is desirable.

Your working hours will be 39 hours per week.
