The Teaching Executives are seeking a qualified Science Teacher for a progressive secondary school in the locality on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include teaching theory and practical General Science to pupils aged 11 to 16 years old, providing exam and revision support, planning, delivering and marking lessons, assisting with extra curricular science clubs and attending departmental meetings. An understanding of the exam requirements for GCSE and BTEC Science is essential.
Applicants must possess one of the following teaching qualifications: PGCE, BA Hons with QTS or a BEd. Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced DBS certificate.
