An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Manager for our Recruitment Services Division within England. The role will be remotely based covering Doncaster, Seacroft, Crick and Cannock.
You will be required to work across a number of sites supporting operational demands and covering holidays where necessary. The role will be reporting into the National Account Manager and you will have responsibility for the operational performance of the contracts ensuring that all target KPIs are met. The role will include the support and supervision of Account Managers, the delivery of compliance and performance standards and accountability for project requirements and new site mobilisation.
The ideal candidate will have operations and recruitment experience and the ability to manage KPIs across a multi-site contract. Excellent communication at all levels and good planning and organisational skills are a requirement for this role.
