Brooksby Melton College has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join the team based in Leicestershire. You will be on a part time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £14,695.
Brooksby Melton College is a specialist vocational Further and Higher Education provider in Leicestershire, spread across two main campuses – one in the heart of the lively market town of Melton Mowbray and the other on an 850-acre estate at Brooksby. The College received a “Good” Ofsted judgement in November 2012. The College has recently implemented a £27m redevelopment programme, bringing new facilities and improved environments for all our students and staff.
Payroll Administrator Duties
Duties will include the maintenance of the payroll database, administration of the College absence and sickness records, processing of expense claims and time recording reporting. Applicants will need to have experience of scheduling and running a medium-large payroll, an extensive knowledge of integrated payroll systems and a good understanding of current payroll legislation

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with experience of administration to a high standard with conscientious attention to detail. The successful applicant will and able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word and confidence in maintaining databases and spreadsheets to a competent standard.
A good standard of education will be required to at least NVQ Level 2 in literacy and numeracy and excellent organisational and communication skills will be essential.
