You will be a mechanical service engineer, with a good background in mechanical fitting and servicing. You will be maintaining presses but all product specific training will be provided. As a mechanical service engineer you must be able to demonstrate:
A good client facing ability
A working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
A track record of fault finding and repair
The ability to read engineering drawings
Ability to liaise effectively with manufacturers.
Whilst the majority of work is in the UK, 2-3 time a year you may be required to travel overseas.
You will be doing a mix of planned and reactive maintenance work.
