Licensed SIA Personnel

Primary Security, a bespoke security company is looking for a professional Licensed SIA Personnel to join the team based in Manchester.

Our mission statement is to provide a tailored, professional security service for licensed premises, retail outlets and property owners, which is cost effective and can adapt to growth and the changing requirements of todays marketplace.

As our Licensed SIA Personnel you will be required to work at a range of venues and events. Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, there has never been a better time to join Primary Security with ongoing interests and an expanding portfolio of clients.

The role of the Licensed SIA Personnel is to ensure the safety and security of people, equipment, premises and property. You will be responsible for security and crowd management requirements of high profile events, pubs and clubs, maintaining a good corporate Image and a high standard of customer service and professionalism. .

Responsibilities of our Licensed SIA Personnel will include:

- Managing visitor arrival.

- Screening and searching visitors.

- Static site security.

- Sponsor and hospitality security.

- Backstage and Front of stage security.

- Incident response team.

Please note that part of your application will require a 5 year work history for screening and checks.

To become our Licensed SIA Personnel you must have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience as a SIA Licensed Door Supervisor or similar.

- SIA licence required (Door Supervision or Close Protection).

- Confident and able to deal with conflict.

- Approachable, patient, courteous and polite.

- Able to anticipate others needs and deliver world-class service levels.

- Good understanding of the English language.

- Willing to help colleagues and members of the public.

- Fit to work for long periods to support customers.

- Able to follow requests and work under pressure.
