New Business Appointment Maker - Global Cloud IT Solutions

With offices in the US and Europe, we are a global provider of IT management solutions delivered from the cloud. Following recent capital investment we are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire additional Inside Sales Staff to book online demo's for our award winning product Cloud Management Suite. 

As a New Business Appointment Maker you will be responsible for:

* Making outbound calls
* Working at building and maintaining collaborative relationships
* Delivering first class customer service
* Actively participating in marketing campaigns to support the company
* Reviewing personal sales performance aiming to meet and exceed targets

The successful candidate for the role of New Business Appointment Maker will have:

- Excellent and Professional telephone skills
- Experienced in appointment setting for senior staff
- Able to quickly build rapport with senior decision makers
- Consultative skills to investigate and understand the needs of business prospects
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of using customer management software
- Comfortable and experienced with MS Office suite

In return the company will provide the New Business Appointment Maker a basic salary of £25,000 per annum with an OTE of £50,000. You will be entitled to paid holidays and team incentives.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Inside Sales Executive, Sales Development Representative, Outbound Sales Executive.
