A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced payroll professional to join this recently acquired payroll bureau company. Reporting directly to the shareholders you will take control of the firms' payroll clients, which range from sole traders to medium sized limited companies with multiple payrolls paid both weekly and monthly.
Initially you will process all aspects of payroll including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, PAYE and NI, P45s and new starters. You will liaise with clients, answering queries as well as the revenue. The successful individual will continue to ensure that all aspects of RTI and Auto Enrolment are considered from a compliance and legal perspective.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work alongside the shareholders who have a proven track record of growing companies to help turn this company into a large and successful organisation.
This role will best suit someone who is dynamic, ambitious, highly organised, has a good working knowledge of RTI & Auto Enrolment and who has a proven background working in a payroll function. They are looking for someone who will grow with the business and is happy to work at a fast pace with highly motivated individuals to achieve the companies goals. A working knowledge of Iris Payroll would be advantageous but not essential.
