This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Corporate Sales Team .  This full time, permanent position is office-based and would ideally suit an enthusiastic, driven, organised and reliable individual. Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for executing sales office functions and participating in the development, implementation and improvement of systems and procedures.

The Sales Support/Coordinator’s role will involve:

Organise the preparation and issuing of sales quotes

Completion of sales sheets for run-rate business from Corporate clients

Support the corporate sales team with a comprehensive support service including handling first line enquiries

Liaise closely with internal departments to resolve customer queries – SOP, credit control, customer service and finance

Assist the sales team to create and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.com (CRM database)

Help build new business data via calling and researching key market areas

Maintain a daily work schedule to ensure customer expectations are met

Gather and record market and customer information

Ensure all sales support tasks are completed accurately and to specified deadlines

Other general ad hoc duties

The successful Sales Support/Coordinator will have:

Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive or  Account Manager

Ability to work without supervision

Familiarity of sales office processes and procedures

Excellent administration skills

Good IT skills

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Customer focused attitude

Self-motivated, outgoing and pro-active working within a team environment
