Looking for a General Manager for a large volume restaurant with a casual, quirky vibe in London.
Branded experience is essential
£35k- £45k + bonus
Job role
As a General Manager, your role will be to look after the operations of the restaurant.
As a General Manager, you will be required to lead by example whilst involved in recruiting, training and developing the team. In order to develop the business, continuously seeking opportunities to increase sales and improve service levels is essential. The candidate must assist in keeping complete control of the financial performance of the business and always seeking to exceed sales and profit targets.
Candidate Spec
This role requires a confident and energetic General Manager who has high volume fresh food experience, building a high performance team and is willing to make a huge impact. Love for food is essential due to the concept and inspiration of this chain.
Must have managerial experience from branded restaurants/ bars
Must have a fun, bubbly and quirky personality
