My client, a fresh and fast growing British/American dining restaurant chain, is looking for Deputy Manager at all levels in Edinburgh for a new opening.
A very popular concept that was brought to the UK around 8 years ago. With over 40 restaurants open around the UK, a further 10-12 new opening’s planned for 2015/ 2016.
Job role
As a Deputy Manager, your role will be to assist in the operations of the restaurant.
This role requires a Deputy Manager to lead by example whilst involved in recruiting, training and developing the team. In order to develop the business, continuously seeking opportunities to increase sales and improve service levels is essential. The candidate must assist in keeping complete control of the financial performance of the business and always seeking to exceed sales and profit targets.
Candidate Spec
This role requires a confident and energetic Deputy Manager who has high volume fresh food experience, building a high performance team and is willing to make a huge impact. Love for food is essential due to the concept and inspiration of this chain.
Must have managerial experience from branded restaurants/ bars
