An Account Manager is required to join a marketing company specialising in explainer video production and content marketing. They work with many SME's as well as larger companies such as Deloitte, Standard Chartered, Micron and Virgin.

This role would be focused around generating leads, speaking with prospects and customers and managing customer accounts for their Wyzowl brand.

They are an innovative and creative company and have a lot of exciting prospects. They are growing their team due to increased demand for their services. They are seeing particular increase in demand from international markets including the USA and Europe.

Job Introduction
Permanent / Full Time / 9am - 5:30pm / Mon - Fri
Circa £20,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (OTE £32,000)
Leave: 20 days + public and statutory holidays

This is an exciting role for someone with sales experience, highly motivated and keen to learn. The ideal person will be very technically savvy and able to learn quickly. Candidates will ideally have a marketing background or understanding of the industry. The best candidates will be creative, think on their feet and have good technical sales skills. There is an excellent opportunity to make the role your own.

You will be in charge of generating your own leads and following any jobs your clients place from idea to completion. You will be in charge of your own customers, relationships and managing their expectations. You will be given training on all their products and direction on lead sources. You will be given extensive support and backup.

Role Responsibilities

- Generating leads for Wyzowl and other company brands.
- Outbound sales activity on the telephone, email and other mediums.
- Managing and closing inbound leads.
- Managing customer relationships.
- Managing client projects from lead through to completed project and after sales support.
- Provide accurate reports to management.
- Provide a high level of customer service to prospects and customers.
- Administer their lead management and other business systems.
- Recording all project details in their CMS.
- Working with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and
marketing specialists.
- Various administrative tasks to help the smooth running of the office and projects.
