F&B Supervisor

What is the job all about?

• Responsible for ensuring that guests' food and beverage expectations are being exceeded.


• Responsible for assisting all other operations departments to fulfil their duties.


• Ensuring food orders are placed accurately and timely


• Working with the Assistant F&B Manager to ensure food orders are received accurately


• Ensuring that food storage areas are kept clean and tidy


• Ensuring that safe practices are being followed at all times and the Food Safety plan and Quality Standards are adhered to
