They currently have a superb opportunity available for an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join them, continuing to achieve their growth ambitions and sales targets.

Responsible for delivering campaigns that directly and consistently reach sales targets to sell out their new home at the former Olympic Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Park, you must provide support in the formulation of marketing strategy, allocating budgets and executing the integrated marketing plan, utilising all channels including SEO, PPC, and Social Marketing. You will be responsible for driving entirely new audiences to the sales pipeline, managing the CRM database, and delivering sales through targeted lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring the digital platform particularly is lead generating.

You will effectively manage the marketing budget and provide recommendations on market data purchases and required market research to refine segmentation for effective and efficient targeting, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within approved budget and timescale. Managing your small marketing team, you will develop online marketing and website content and will be responsible for the provision of thorough and regular analysis of campaign results.

Educated to degree level within a marketing discipline or with equivalent experience of working in marketing for a blue chip company, you will ideally hold a CIM / DIM qualification. You must have a demonstrable track record in planning and implementing deadline driven marketing campaigns across a range of platforms and your IT skills (specifically MS Office) should be excellent. Highly analytical, you will have strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of the Club brand.
