Screen Print Supervisor

Job Elements:

• We are looking for an efficient and well-motivated person, who has excellent leadership qualities yet the ability to also be a team player with a proven track record in production supervision, to join our progressive client.
• The role will be to take ownership of a small, high tech screen printing factory and drive the production to ensure all orders are completed on time and in full with zero quality defects.
• This is a busy role in a fast moving forward thinking company that has recently invested in state of the art equipment.

The ideal candidate will have: -

• Experience within the industry is essential, especially the use of semi and fully automatic screen process print machinery, as the successful applicant will need to have ‘hands on’ participation - as required - within the entire production process.
• Your essential qualities will include an eye for detail, good communication skills and the ability to manage staff and enthuse motivation amongst your workforce.
• You need to demonstrate the ability to think for yourself, identify production problems and initiate immediate corrective action to ensure continuity of workflow.
• Your traits will include the ability to plan ahead to ensure the continuous stream throughout the production process and progression to final despatch.
